Voice on the Mend
My sinuses were a mess on Tuesday's recording session, so we had to postpone vocal recording until Saturday. We will have the new EP wrapped up very soon. Can't wait to share it with you all.

New EP On the Way
Well, it is really coming down to the wire, but we will have a new digital EP ready to go for the Christmas season. We are heading into the studio tomorrow to put the finishing touches on some new songs. We will keep you posted as soon as cover art, track listing, and release date are established.

We are Here
by:
Jesse (Air-Control-Operator)
We just discovered that our website was down today. It was an IP issue for any tech geeks reading this. As you can see, we are back online and ready to go. We're not sure where the rest of this year will take us but a few things are certain: Some recording will happen this summer, and some shows will happen this holiday season. We probably won't go as crazy with the shows this year to help keep our families sane, but 4 or 5 during the holiday season in November and December should do the trick.

Crazy Week!
So last week we had 5 shows, and both big and small, they were all amazing.
With just two shows left, I wanted to thank everyone who has helped this little project along.
I'm thinking we'll definitely be doing something next year.
Merry Christmas to everyone!

New Show, New Photos
by:
Jason (music-incarnate)
So, we had another lovely show yesterday, and I'd have to say we had more people yesterday than we have ever. I'd also have to say that our performance of "On This Silent Night" was one to be reckoned with.
Thanks goes to Renee Jones for being a wonderful hostess, and thanks goes to Greg Allred for sharing his photos of the event.
Also, as cliche as it may be, I never truly understood the true meaning of the phrase:
"thanks to our fans. Without you, none of this would be possible."
I think I'm starting to get an inkling of just how true that statement is.
Thank you all.

Weekend Goodness
Seven shows into our living room tour, it is clear that no two shows will be even remotely the same. It has been so much fun. Friday night was incredible and must have been the most intimate show of the season. The reaction during the performance and after were staggeringly positive.
Saturday we played an LDS ward Christmas party. It was a great time. It also became clear that our current duo and set up are much more tailored for a living room than a gym. That being said the kids and moms dancing in the front were awesome. To all who were at either show, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sharing some incredible moments with us.

So humbled...
I had a lot to say about this weekend's performances... Too much to put in here, so I
wrote it here instead.
Also - it looks as though Herod the Fink is going to be featured on
LDS Music Today on Monday the 13th!
A
new video (Have I Done Any Good) is up in the video section, too.
Response to this little project constantly humbles me.

And We're Off!

Jesse (The 7th Chinese Brother)
So, we have entered what most people refer to as the "Christmas music season" with 3 shows under our belts. The response so far has been fantastic. It has been incredible to share these songs. It is even more incredible when people tell us they actually listen to the album. Looking forward to the rest of the shows coming up this month.
